Frequently asked Questions

What size is best for me

Our Glutezilla comes in 2 Sizes 50 and 75 lbs. We suggest if your a beginner or tall over 6' go with the red 50 lb band. If your experienced or shorter under 5'3" we suggest the blue 75lb band as it will give you more tension.

Can this be used with weights

Yes defiantly glutezilla works great when added to a barbell to give you extra tension to both the side and rear glutes.

We recommend if your using a barbell move the band to your thighs closer to your knees to give you more in-ward tension.

Can i do more then Hip thrusts

yes our guide has 20+ exercises you can do with it. We originally designed it to do hip-thrusts but quickly found out we can do a wide variety of exercises. Like good mornings, chest press, back rows, leg press, adductors, kicks backs and more. ;)

Can anyone use this band

Of course Resistance Bands are very easy to use and can be used by anyone. With our patented foot loop design the band will stay secure to your feet and not fly off. Also with the fabric material the band will never snap.
